People Productions creates fund-raising video

Boulder, Colorado, May 11, 2009 - People Productions produced a promotional and fund raising video for The Women’s Wilderness Institute of Boulder, a local non-profit that helps women and girls explore the great wilderness areas of the west. The institute’s tagline is “Strong Girls. Strong Women. Better World.” and the video focuses on how they make that happen by following several teenage women through their experiences, creating an emotional tie with the viewer. Beth Davis, Executive Director of The Women’s Wilderness Institute, said “The impact from our video will be felt for many years.  We expect to have a significant increase in our donor base and our donor contributions based on this video.” People Productions wrote the script, filmed interviews along with adventurous outdoor footage and edited the video with fun graphics and music. The video is available as a DVD or can be streamed from the Institutes website at http://www.womenswilderness.org/storiesvideo-link.

The video was produced and created through People Production’s partnership with Social Venture Partners of Boulder County. This is just the latest in a series of videos produced by People Productions for SVP clients. Social Venture Partners provides financial, educational and volunteer connections between sponsorship partners and non-profits in Boulder County.
